In 2003, Victory Christian Fellowship teamed up with The Lynchburg Fire and EMS Department, The Lynchburg Police Department, and Gerdy Construction Company to build the first of its two Victory Houses. The first house was completed in the fall 2003 and dedicated on September 11 to the memory of fire fighters and police officers who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 at the Pentagon in Washington, D. C., and at the World Trade Center in New York, New York. The home was also dedicated to the honor of the members of The Lynchburg Fire and EMS Department and The Lynchburg Police Department.

The second house was built in late 2005-2006, and dedicated on July 30, 2006 to the glory of God.
